IFP offers all types of common PTFE Blends. PTFE is blended with various materials to enhance its properties. Higher compressive strength, lower deformation, better abrasion resistance, increased lubricity are all properties that can be substantially enhanced by blending. Common materials used in blending include carbon, graphite, molybdenum, disulfide, bronze, stainless steel and mica along with other high performance plastics. While PTFE is a great electrical insulator it can also be formulated to be statically or electrically conductive.
